Individual Health Coaching is delivered through 1-on-1 appointments that offer more privacy and are tailored to your needs.

Sessions offered in-person, virtually, or “walk ‘n talks” 

Couples Coaching

The benefit of couples Health Coaching is that you make lifestyle changes together. Partners support one another through the change process. 

Sessions offered in-person or virtually. 

Small-Group Coaching

A more affordable option that consists of a group of 2-5 friends or colleagues with similar health goals. A sense of community helps to support success.
