At The Wellness Flame, we understand how important these skills are to your future health outcomes, so we have invested in biofeedback technology from the HeartMath Institute in California. By monitoring your minute-by-minute graph, we can help you practice simple skills so you can shift from “fight, flight and freeze” to “calm, cool and collected” in real time.

Biofeedback is conducted by sitting in a chair and wearing either a finger sensor or comfortable ear lobe clip. Together, we practice HeartMath techniques and watch the biofeedback graph. When you see the change in the graph, you will understand what it feels like when you have achieved this shift to a healthy state. 

With newfound awareness of this feeling, you will be able to quickly recognize stress symptoms in your body and utilize strategies to return to a calm, health-promoting and productive state at any time during your day.

Biofeedback sessions are 30-minutes long and are enhanced by Renae’s HeartMath certification and professional background in cardiac nursing and cardiac rehabilitation. 
These sessions can be booked as an add-on to in-person 1:1 coaching sessions or as a stand-alone appointment.
